During the production cycle, everything must be clearly and simply laid out for things to run smoothly. The workflow is a user guide that outlines all the content production and validations steps. It is especially useful for large-scale projects to simplify tasks and serve as a visual reminder of everyone’s role in the production process and the course of action to follow.
Content Matrix
Picture a big blackboard with all your future website pages drawn out on it like a game plan including all the essential information for each page: nomenclature, keywords, wireframes, sign-off contact, etc. The content matrix is something we produce in-house, so you may never get to see it, but we do it to streamline the content production process so that you can sleep well at night, even during the final weeks of your project.
